This new Issue Tracker system allows to attach files that can help the Technical Staff to solve the issue.

To do this, you just click on the button “Choose file” and insert, for example, the screenshot of the page with the error or an eventual malfunction. If the file is a picture it should be in a common picture format (jpg, gif, etc). We suggest you include also the page URL in the screenshot.

Once you have filled all the fields, click on the “Submit” button to register the ticket in the IssueTracker system.Once the issue has been opened, if you want to consult it you just have to click on its subject.
