Why I don’t see the transfer when performing an availability search? First of all check if the transfer is Active, then check if the search performed is inside the release period defined for this transfer.

Why a transfer starting from a hotel does not appear in availability? Check if the desired hotel is correctly connected to the pickup point of the transfer.

Why is a specific client seeing a lower/higher price for the transfer in availability? Check if perhaps there are some specialized tariffs defined for the transfer and whether the client is listed in some particular group for which different rates are being applied.

Why the transfer booking is in a status “Waiting”? Check if the transfer has been configured as “On request”, if you wish to confirm it force its status to “Confirmed”.
