If it is necessary to enable the supplier in order to get access to TOWeRS Extranet tool and manage the contracts associated with it, then it is necessary to configure this tool.
Follow the step: Administration > Suppliers > Supplier and select the supplier for whom you need to configure the Extranet before clicking the button "Change".
The supplier data page will open, with two additional sections. The first is the Configuration section that shows additional information with further fields:
The second is the section dedicated to the configuration of the Extranet which allows you to set the rights that will be given to the supplier who will use the Extranet or Supplier Interface. As soon as the supplier is created, there will already be a default configuration in this section.
The boxes enable the supplier, based on the settings given (insert and/or modify and/or delete), to work within the anagraphic of the uploaded contract in the following fields:
Allotment: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the contract allotments by working in the fields:
Extra allotments: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work in the Extra Allotment/Free Sale part of the contract in the fields:
Tariffs: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the tariffs prices of the contract in the fields:
Minimum Stay: based on the settings given (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work in the minimum stay part of the contract in the fields:
Child reductions: based on the settings given (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on child discounts of the contract in the fields:
Treatment: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the treatment of the contract in the fields:
Cancellations: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the cancellations in the contract in the fields:
Competitive: if this field is selected, the supplier will be able to check the tariffs of competitor hotels in the same city as their company's property. The supplier will also be able to filter these statistics according to the currency, hotel stars and date and to select which competitor hotels they would like to check;
Hotel details: by selecting these fields it is possible for the supplier to view the main information of the hotel, the photos of the building and its rack rates (if they are entered in the anagraphic tab: Administration > Hotels > Hotels > Select Country > Select City > From the drop-down menu in the list of every hotel present in the database select > Rack Rate)
Closures: based on the given settings (insert and/or modify and/or delete) the supplier will be able to work on the closures in the contract using the field checkinonly
Release: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the release parts of the contract in the fields:
Extra Tariffs: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the extra tariffs of the contract in the fields:
Promotions: based on the given settings (insert/modify/delete) the supplier will be able to work on the promotions of the contract
