Additional fields

In this section it is possible to define the additional information to be requested to the customer in the booking phase. new additional fields

You must fill in the following fields, previously created:

  • Additional field typology: specifies the type of additional information (e.g. flight number, cruise line, etc)

  • Departure locality typology: specify the place of departure (e.g. airport, hotel, station, etc)

  • Destination locality typology: specify the place of arrival (e.g. airport, hotel, station, etc)

Types of additional fields

To access this section you must follow the following path: Admin > Transfers > Additional field typologies

An additional field is an information to be requested to the customer in the booking phase (e.g. flight number). In order to be able to define an additional field for a given tariff, it is necessary to define the type of additional field in advance. The system has a series of types of additional preloaded fields, with the possibility of inserting new ones new add field typology

You must fill in the following fields:

  • Code

  • Type

  • Compulsory

  • Name

  • Description
