Promotional Code

This section allows the Tour Operator to define promotional codes that will be displayed to the Client via pop-up before completing a booking (during the pre-booking step).

• Code: define an identification code

• Value: define a numerical value

• Type: Percentage or Currency

• Minimum amount: define if required

• Currency

• Multiple: allows the code to be reused each time a booking is made

• Active: deselect if you want to deactivate the created promotional code

• Expire: define if required

• Service: informational field

• Client: select the client for whom the promotional code should be activated

• Notes: optional field
