Promotional Code

This section allows the Tour Operator to define promotional codes that will be displayed to the Client.

• Code: define an identification code

• Value: define a numerical value

• Type: percentage or currency

• Minimum amount: if applicable, define a minimum booking amount

• Currency

• Multiple: allows the code to be reused each time a booking is made

• Active: deselect if you want to deactivate the created promotional code

• Expire: define if required

• Service: informational field

• Client: select the client for whom the promotional code should be activated

• Notes: optional field

Before finalizing a booking (in the pre-booking step), an authenticated Client logged in with their own credentials will see a pop-up asking if they want to use a promo code, along with a summary of the prices:
