Minimum Stay

This section enables to set a mandatory minimum period of stay, indicated by the number of nights.

• From / To: the dates when the minimum stay is valid

• Type of counter

  • Generic (default): there is a single minimum number of nights for all room types entered

• Nights: specify the minimum number of nights

  • Not generic: for each type of room you must specify the minimum number of nights; you must fill in SGL, DUS, DBL, TWN, TRP, QUD with the number of minimum bookable nights

• Period: possibility to define on which days the entered minimum stay applies (if the entry is on different days, but the days indicated here are present in the stay, the minimum stay bond is still applied):

  • Weekdays: on all working days
  • Weekend: on the weekend

• On Request: if selected, the contract will “On Request” by the number of days immediately before the minimum days set (example: min stay 3 nights, “on request” applies from 2 days down)

• Force: if selected, it obligates the stay within the terms of the From/To interval (so no straddling periods allowed)

• Multiple: allows to make multiple the value in Nights (example 3 nights: contract will be available with minimum stay of 3, 6, 9, 12 nights)

• Check-in day: possibility to define on which check-in days the entered minimum stay is applied (if the entry is on different days, the minimum stay is not applied)

  • Weekdays: on all working days
  • Weekend: (you can define the days in “Week-end Minimum-stay Starting/Ending day” in contract advanced options)

• Forced Check in: forces checkin on Check-in day (e.g. for stays from Saturday to Saturday: min stay 7, day check in Saturday and forced check in selected)

• Delete icon: if selected, this enables you to delete the rows configuring minimum stay that have already been entered
