This section allows you to set cancellation policies related to the entire contract validity, or to individual periods. These policies will override the cancellation set in the Allotment tab.
From / To: dates when the cancellation policy applies
Cancellations plans: to be used when repeating cancellation plans for different periods, to speed up their loading
Group: define a possible group of clients to which the cancellation must be applied
Not refundable:
Suppliers / Clients: the deadline in which the cancellation is free of charge, in terms of hours or days from check-in. If it is necessary to define a specific time beyond which cancellation penalties apply, it must be considered that the time from which the system counts the hours is midnight (24.00). For example in case there is no penalty for cancellation of reservations by 16.00 on the day of arrival, it will be necessary to set 8H (24-16). A higher time can be defined in Clients which serves as a protection for the tour operator in case he has closing days (e.g. Sat and Sun). In this way it has the possibility to have more time to handle the issue
