Extranet Configuration (optional)

To give the Supplier the ability to view or edit the contract sections, after creating it, go to Admin > Suppliers > Suppliers, search for the supplier,

and click:

1. Users to create a New Web User with Manager rights: please note that when a new Web User is created, using the "Send credentials" icon, an email will be sent containing only the company code and username, and it will not include the password. A separate email will also be sent inviting the client to set their password using the “Forgot Password” feature

2. Change button to configure the Supplier Interface tool (Extranet), in the Configuration Extranet tab:

For each row, you can define whether the various fields can be showed or changed (also via Channel Manager where possible).
