Gateways

Please note that the activation or deactivation of a payment gateway can only be requested via a Redmine ticket, and it is possible to enable more than one gateway at the same time. Configuration will be carried out by Netstorming upon receipt of the credentials provided by the Tour Operator.

In this section, the payment gateway connection parameters are displayed. The Tour Operator can independently modify the configuration.

  • Active: allows you to enable or disable the payment gateway
  • Default: allows you to select the default payment gateway (during booking confirmation)
  • Is payment method: payment gateways with this option will be listed below the default one

Only if multiple payment gateways are configured, it is possible to select a specific one for a customer within the Price Policies section of the Customer profile, under the Payment Gateway field.
