NetStorming manages Supplier mapping through a structured and integrated system that combines advanced internal tools, cross-mapping files, and third-party tools.

This process standardizes hotel codes from different suppliers. Always ensure accurate mapping to maintain consistent hotel availability, tariffs, and conditions, and to prevent operational errors that could affect the end Client.

To minimize the risk of operational losses and ensure system reliability, we recommend performing a daily booking check, which can be done through the following steps:

• Check the supplier reference

• Review the XML logs of bookings to verify the correspondence of hotel names

• Verify in the Supplier backoffice that the booking is actually confirmed at the intended hotel

• Compare the hotel name shown in the confirmation email received from the Supplier with the one recorded in the system to ensure there are no discrepancies
