Rebooking

The only condition for performing a rebooking is that the price is lower.

Rebookings can be cancelled, but cannot be modified.

A rebooking can be performed only once, so it is not allowed on an already rebooked reservation.

To handle a rebooking correctly, we recommend:

• Verify that the new booking has been correctly linked to the original. If not, open a ticket and don't make any further changes

• Only perform rebooking on reservations marked as Confirmed
