Security

In this section, you will be able to view and change the activation status of two-factor authentication.

• Enable OTP
  • Office: active by default for your company
  • Clients this option affects the enable OTP field in the Security tab of the Customer data. Three options are available Activable by office (the Tour Operator can enable/disable OTP), Activable by companies (the Client can enable/disable OTP), Activable for everyone (both the Tour Operator and the Customer can enable/disable OTP)
  • Suppliers this option affects the enable OTP field in the Security tab of the Supplier data. Three options are available: Activable by office (the Tour Operator can enable/disable OTP), Activable by companies (the Supplier can enable/disable OTP), Activable for everyone (both the Tour Operator and the Supplier can enable/disable OTP)
