Booking Backoffice
The Booking Backoffice is the tool that allows the Tour Operator to manually create a booking, setting and managing every detail independently. The booking can be built piece by piece, even when no availability is shown, as the system does not prevent the user from entering the booking.

The fields to be completed are as follows:
- Name Client: search for the name of your customer
- Booking Status: it is possible to manually manage the booking status by selecting one of the options available in the drop-down menu
- Arrival: set the day, month, and year
- Departure: set the day, month, and year
- Deadline: set the day, month, and year
- Currency
- Net: select the currency for the net price
- Sold: select the currency for the gross price
- Meal Plan: possibility to choose from the options available in the drop-down menu
- Country: select the country where the hotel is located
- City: select the city where the hotel is located
- Hotel: select the property
- Show only local agreement
- checked: the booking will be made on a previously entered direct contract
- unchecked: the booking will not be made on a previously entered direct contract and the Supplier field will appear, where it will be possible to select the supplier from the drop-down menu
- Contract: select the previously entered direct contract or room from the drop-down menu
- Allotments
- checked: the booking will decrease the allotment quota from the direct contract
- unchecked: the booking will not decrease any allotment quota
- Supplier Reference: freely editable field
- Client Reference: freely editable field
- Breakfast: possibility to choose from the options available in the drop-down menu
- Notify Client
- checked: the booking will generate a notification for the selected customer
- unchecked: the booking will not generate a notification for the selected customer
- Notify Supplier
- checked: the booking will generate a notification for the booking supplier
- unchecked: the booking will not generate a notification for the booking supplier
- Rooms: select the number of rooms according to the expected occupancy
- Names and ages of the adults and any children, the checkbox next to the name is mandatory to identify who is the "leader" of the booking; selecting infant will not require entering a name or age. The general rules of the direct contracts apply to the different age ranges
- Net: possibility to enter a net price for Room, Child, and Infant
- Selling Price: possibility to enter a gross price for Room, Child, and Infant
Click on Book to finalize the booking.
