Stop sale

This section allows you to close the availability of rooms in Allotment or only the rooms in Allotment Flex.

By setting a start date and an end date, you can determine the stop sale of immediate availability for each individual room type.

It's possible to choose the day of the week.

• From / To: start / end day of stop sale

• On request: if flagged the contract appears On Request (enable the option in the Advanced Settings under the Allotment tab as well), if it is not flagged the contract does not appear for that period

• Flex Allotments only: if selected only flex allotments is blocked, if not selected Allotment and Flex Allotments are closed

• Type type of availability stop sale:

  • Whole stay: the customer can not stay on the dates set
  • Per Check-in: the customer can not start the stay on the date set
  • Per Check-out: the customer can not finish the stay on the date set

• SGL/TWN/DBL/TRP/QUD/STR: if flagged, indicates the stop sale of the selected rooms type; child extra beds are also selected by default, with the option to choose their exclusive closure

• Delete: if selected, enables you to eliminate the stop sale rows already entered
