Closures

This section allows you to set cancellation policies relating to the entire validity of the contract, or to individual periods. These policies will override the cancellation set in the Allotment

It's possible to indicate the day of the week.

  • Start date: first day of closure

  • End date: the last day of closure

  • On request: if flagged the contract appears On Request, if it is not flagged the contract does not appear for that period

  • Free sale only: select the types of rooms for which the closure is valid

  • Type type of availability closure:

    • Whole stay: the customer can not stay on the dates indicated
    • Per Check-in: the customer can not start the stay on the date indicated
    • Per Check-out: the customer can not finish the stay on the date indicated

  • SGL/TWN/DBL/TRP/QUD/STR: if flagged, indicates the closure of the selected rooms type

  • Delete: if selected, enables you to eliminate the closure rows already entered
