Create New Contract

Follow the steps: Admin > Excursions > Contracts.

To enter a new contract click on the New Contract button.

The contract master data will open and it should be fill, explained below in detail:

  • Supplier: select the previously created supplier as per guide. Click on "Obtain Contacts" to auto-fill the contact fields
  • Name: contract's name
  • In case of emergency, contact: indicate possible contact name
  • E-mail: e mail from the supplier
  • Language for notification emails
  • Markup: if any
  • Cancellation by: define Hours and Penalty (in percentage or currency) related to cancellation policies
  • Release: define Release Hours and whether or not availability is “On Request”
  • Supplier: name of the supplier
  • Telephone: supplier's phone

Click Confirm to save the information entered.
