In this section you can enter a New Deadline, specifying cancellation policies;
If none is specified then, by default, it will be considered "100% date and time of service".
The required fields to fill in are:
- Supplier: here is uploaded the deadline by which you can cancel free of charge, in terms of hours (H) or days (D) from the date and time of the service
- Charge: is the value of the penalty.
- Type: You can specify if:
• Percentage: the value of the penalty is a percentage of the total booking
• Amount: the value of the penalty is an amount
You can define more policies, defining a general one and then others more detailed, by using advanced configurations
