In this section you can enter a New Deadline, specifying cancellation policies;
If none is specified then, by default, it will be considered "100% date and time of service".
Supplier: here is uploaded the deadline by which you can cancel free of charge, in terms of hours (H) or days (D) from the date and time of the service
Charge: is the value of the penalty
Type: You can specify if:
Client: (delta): a delta can be set that adds up to the hours indicated for the supplier (useful for the tour operator to manage cancellation, for example in case of closing days)
Charge: is the value of the penalty
If customer cancellation is not set, supplier cancellation applies.
You can define more policies, defining a general one and then others more detailed, by using advanced configurations.
