The Issue Tracker system allows you to add documentation that can help the Technical Staff solve the problem.
To do this, you need to go to File field and attach document, for example the screenshot of the page with the malfunction, any logs, etc. If the file is an image, it is useful to make sure that it is a common format (jpg, gif, etc.). About the screenshots, we suggest also including the URL of the page.
After filling in the fields and adding any documentation, you can click the “Create” button to register the issue on the Issue Tracker system. You can also register it by the “Create and Continue” button, which will automatically lead to the creation of another issue of the same project.
