Feature Request

Every issue can be opened only with the “Support” tracker.

Sometimes the issues aren't about a specific booking to check and unblock, but about development. In order to solve all the requests more efficiently, Netstorming decided to divide these two kinds of tickets and added the tracker “Feature Request”, which regards only the new developments.

Pay attention: if the tracker turns into a “Feature request”, the author can still check the issue, even if he can't change its tracker. The request will be managed like all the other “Support” tickets.
