Information (Remarks)

This section enables you to enter "information remarks" visible in availability research.

They can contain any type of information regarding various issues: from special contract conditions to particular services provided by the hotel, etc. It will be explained after, how to proceed to the creation of a remark in the contract (Remarks).

To insert a remark within the contract see:


  • Start Date and End Date: the dates when the remark is valid
  • Remarks: in this field you can set the remark that you would like to appear in the availability phase for the dates set
  • Delete: if selected, this enables you to delete the row or rows of remarks already inserted
