Massive Operation

following the steps Admin > Hotels > Massive operations, the system allows you to make massive changes regarding:

• Flex allotments: if you need to change the allotments sent by the Channel Manager in the Extra Allotments tab
• Flex tariffs: if you need to change the maximum amounts per night defined in the amount under occupations of the contract with the channel manager
• Minimum stay: if you have to change what was set in the Minimum stay tab
• Closures: if you have to change what was set in the Closures tab
• Blocks: if you have to change what was set in the Blocks tab
• Cancellations: if you have to change what was set in the Cancellations tab
• Remarks: if you have to change what was set in the Remarks tab
• Promotions: if you have to change what was set in the Promotions tab
• Flex markups: if you have to change what was set in the Markups tab
• Base markup/commissions: if you have to change the Markup and Commisisons defined in the main options of the direct contract

Clicking on the “Filter No. Contracts” button will allow you to check the contracts that will be involved in the massive update you want to launch; clicking on “Apply to No. Contracts” will make the massive updates you set effective.
